1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar tools, such as local storage and session storage, keep information in your browser in the same way. This policy covers all of them and calls them cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies are needed for the site to work and do not need your consent. All other cookies, such as analytics or marketing cookies, are only used if you agree.
2. Cookies on this website
We keep this to a minimum. The site currently uses only what it needs to work, with no analytics, advertising or social media tracking.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| instafix_consent | Instafix (this website) | Remembers your cookie choices, when you made them and which version of this policy you saw. | Strictly necessary | 6 months |
| instafix_cursor_pos (session storage, not a cookie) |
Instafix (this website) | Remembers where the decorative cursor was so it does not jump when you open another page. Only used on computers with a mouse. | Strictly necessary | Until you close the tab |
The font and images on this site are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact Google Fonts or other outside services.
3. Optional cookies
If we add analytics or embedded content, such as videos or maps, in the future, they will stay switched off until you agree. We will list them in the table above and ask for your choice again before they are used.
4. Other websites
Our links to WhatsApp, Instagram and email open those services, which have their own cookie policies. Nothing from them loads on our pages unless you follow the link.
5. Managing your choices
Use the button below, or the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, to change or withdraw your choice at any time. When you withdraw consent we delete the related cookies where we can.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's privacy settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookie, the site will not be able to remember your choice.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change, and ask for your choice again. Questions? Email instafixtanzania@gmail.com or read our Privacy Policy.
